Data collected and purposes

The personal data collected through the contact form (first name, last name, email address, company name, message) is used solely to answer user enquiries and to follow up commercially. The legal basis for this processing is the legitimate interest of the company (article 6.1.f of the GDPR).

Retention period

Data from the contact form is kept for a maximum of 3 years from the last contact with the user.

Recipients

The data collected is intended for the members of the EVARIST team in charge of commercial follow-up. It is passed to no third party, with the exception of the transactional email provider (Resend Inc.) acting as a processor.

Transfers outside the EU

Data may be transferred to the United States for hosting (Vercel Inc.) and email delivery (Resend Inc.). These transfers are governed by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses in accordance with article 46 of the GDPR.
